On 23rd December 2021, the police of Uttrakhand had lodged a case against Jitendrara Singh Tyagi, and others over his “hate speech” at the event of Haridwar. The police of Uttrakhand in a tweet had stated, “Taking cognizance of the video that is going viral on social media for spreading hatred by giving provocative and hateful speeches against a particular religion, a case has been lodged against Wasim Rizvi aka Jitendra Narayan Tyagi and other under section 153A IPC in Kotwali, Haridwar and the legal proceeding is in progress.”

I am with him in all the 3 cases. Did he do it alone?” As the officers say, “Tyagi is understanding the situation.” In this reply, Narsinghanand says, “But I am not. He became a Hindu counting on our support.”

Narsinghanand is the controversial priest of the Dasna Temple in Ghaziabad who had organized the Dharma Sansad in Haridwar, whereas Sadhvi Annapurna was one of the speakers at the event where extremely provocative speeches were made against Muslims.
