What is Jeen-Yuhs’ meaning? Release Date of Ye’s documentary explored

Kanye West, now legally known as ‘Ye’, will be offering a glimpse into his personal and professional life through his three-part documentary titled ‘Jeen-Yuhs’.

The release date of the same has been revealed and the newly launched trailer teases several interesting and unknown details surrounding Kanye. But, before we tell you more about Jeen-Yuhs: A Kanye Trilogy, let us explain the meaning of the title.

What is the meaning of ‘Jeen-Yuhs’

Kanye is famous for the rather eccentric monikers he always comes up with. Be it for his new name ‘Ye’ or ‘Yeezy’ derived from Jesus, the rapper sure knows how to stand out.

As far as Jeen-Yuhs is concerned, it is slang for genius, according to Urban Dictionary. It’s pronounced just like how you would pronounce genius.

Perhaps, the title of the documentary describes Kanye as a genius as it navigates through his journey to success.
