In his first extended TV interview, after leaving office, he revealed Head of Israeli Intelligence (Mossad) Yossi Cohen Details of the theft of the Iranian nuclear archive. In an interview with the investigative program of the Israeli Channel 12 “Yafda” (the truth), he pointed out that this operation was carried out secretly on January 31, 2018.
He also added that about 20 agents participated in it, but he pointed out that he was unable to reveal their identities or whether they were all Israelis.
Arrived in Tel Aviv digitally
In addition, he explained that the archive reached Tel Aviv digitally, immediately after the storming of the concerned building in Tehran, and even before the agents left the headquarters of the operation, in Iran itself.
Cohen confirmed that this massive theft was planned two years before the date of its implementation, when the Mossad learned that the required archive is located in a compound or headquarters in the outskirts of the Iranian capital, and that Mossad agents built an entire headquarters in a country – without mentioning it – for simulation and training on how to Break into this building, before doing the same operation.

He also issued a clear warning to other scientists in Iran’s nuclear program that they could also become targets for assassination even as diplomats in Vienna try to negotiate terms to try to salvage Iran’s nuclear deal with world powers.
