The Killers co-founder and guitarist Dave Keuning — identified for hits like “Mr. Brightside” — rejoined Mitt Romney’s favourite rock band this spring after a four-year solo profession.

But Simkhai has since traded as much as a good greater $13 million Los Angeles dwelling — plus he not too long ago collected $29.5 million on a New York City penthouse — leaving his preliminary post-Grindr digs up for grabs.

Keuning swooped in and closed the sale in August for $9.57 million. It was a $1 million loss for Simkhai, who spent $10.5 million on the property in December 2017.
