NCIS has seen countless characters come and go in its nearly 20 years on our screens, both in its main cast and the guest stars who are welcomed in each episode.

Season 19 has been no different as NCIS has pressed forward with new cases despite the high-profile departures of Emily Wickersham and more recently Mark Harmon.

Now, the CBS returns after its most recent hiatus for a potentially explosive episode but just who is set to appear in the cast of NCIS season 19, episode 11?

NCIS season 19 episode 9 release date and plot

NCIS season 19 continues on CBS with episode 11 at 9pm ET on Monday, January 17th, 2022.

Titled All Hands, the episode promises to be a thrilling affair for the NCIS team after a civilian research vessel rescues a small boat from the North Atlantic, crewed by a group of wounded navy officers.

NCIS is called to the ship to investigate but are quickly forced to hide as they learn that terrorists are also aboard the vessel.

Grant Harvey as Ian Maddux

We begin our cast rundown with Grant Harvey who takes on the role of Ian Maddux.

After making his acting debut back in 2008, Grant has gone on to appear in over 50 film and TV roles, with notable appearances coming in Animal Kingdom, The Crossing and the 2017 film Thumper which was directed by No Time To Die’s Cary Fukunaga.

Monnae Michaell as Navy Commander Leandra Womack

With more than 25 years and almost 60 roles under her belt, Monna Michaell is one of the most experienced guest stars in episode 11 as she plays Navy Commander Leandra Womack.

After making her debut back in 1996, the actress has since earned roles in The Good Place, Arrested Development, The Defenders as well as the films 42 and Flight 93.

Jesse Posey as Navy Lieutenant Emmanuel Vela

With just 12 roles to his name, Jesse Posey is one of the least experienced guests in episode 11 as he plays Navy Lieutenant Emmanuel Vela.

However, the California-born actor has some big-name projects on his CV, most notably Netflix’s Selena: The Series where he played Chris Perez, the husband of Selena Quintanilla.

Stephen Friedrich as Sid

Stephen Friedrich will be a familiar face to many as he guest stars as Sid.

After making his acting debut in 2009, Stephen has since gone on to appear in series such a The Morning Show, This Is Us, Sweet/Vicious as well as the Oscar-winning film Vice.

Justin Huen as Private Maritime Security Guard Lenny

Another experienced guest star joins the cast in the form of Justin Huen as Private Maritime Security Guard Lenny.

After first appearing on-screen in a 2004 episode of NYPD Blue, the Los Angeles-born actor has appeared in the likes of Dexter, Isolation Inn, Shameless (USA), Justified and even a one-episode appearance in sister series NCIS: Los Angeles back in 2011.

Elizabeth Liang as NCIS REACT Agent Jones

And finally, we come to Elizabeth Liang who guest stars as NCIS REACT Agent Jones in episode 11.

Born in Guatemala, the actress has appeared in both English and Spanish language films and series, most notably, the short film Ojalá as well as minor roles in The West Wing and Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
