Manhattan DA investigating Leon Black over intercourse assault accusations: report

The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office has reportedly opened a prison probe into billionaire Leon Black over allegations he raped two fashions.

The investigation, revealed by two sources to Vanity Fair, focuses on claims in a civil swimsuit filed by a Russian mannequin who accuses the 70-year-old financier of sexual assault.

Guzel Ganieva alleged in June that Black, the previous CEO of Apollo Apollo Global Management, raped her in 2014.

She then amended her swimsuit final month to incorporate claims by one other girl that Black had raped her in Jeffrey Epstein’s Upper East Side townhouse in 2002.

Sources informed the publication that the investigation is within the early phases.

But prosecutors have already met with Ganieva, 38, and the opposite accuser, who’s referred to in courtroom papers as Jane Doe.

The DA’s workplace couldn’t be reached for remark early Tuesday.

Black has vehemently denied the accusations by each Ganieva and the unidentified girl.

And a spokesperson for Black informed Vanity Fair that his workforce is unaware of any investigation into the billionaire by the DA.

“As we have previously stated, Mr. Black has provided substantial documentary evidence in legal filings, including text messages and recordings, that show Ms. Ganieva’s claims to be completely false,” the spokesperson mentioned.

“In addition, we have been in contact with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and provided detailed evidence of Ms. Ganieva’s extortion of Mr. Black.”
