Some Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Alisson against Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Sunday.

Liverpool have got the better of Palace 3-1 away from home at Selhurst Park in London in the Premier League today.

Virgil van Dijk and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain scored for Liverpool in the first half.

Fabinho scored from the penalty spot in the second half.

It was not exactly a great performance from Liverpool, who could have conceded more than the one goal that they did had it not been for Alisson.

The Brazil international goalkeeper made some brilliant saves, including one in the second half.

The Liverpool back-line were caught off-guard on a few occasions, but the Palace players found Alisson in inspired form.

The win against Palace means that Liverpool are now second in the Premier League table with 48 points from 22 matches.

Defending champions Manchester City are at the top of the Premier League table with 57 points for 23 matches.

City are the clear favourites for the Premier League title now, but Liverpool still have a chance of catching them.

And, in our view, Alisson’s performance today should be hailed if indeed the Reds go on to catch City and eventually surpass them in the title race.

Dreadfully brittle second half from #LFC. Alisson the saviour, but even his exceptional performance might not be able to hold back the tide at this rate. 6mins plus stoppage time to come.

Might as well give Alisson a 400k contract as well after this match

Says a lot about this match that we were 2-0 up and Alisson is easily our man of the match
