Michael Buble is still married to his wife, Luisana Lopilato.

Recently, there have been rumors of them splitting after over a decade of marriage. Although their relationship underwent a few trials and saw some scandals, it seems to be going strong.

On 4 November 2021, Michael admitted to his life partner being better than him. Likewise, he also called Lopilato his barometer to know what’s good or bad. Moreover, he humbly said he felt lucky that she hadn’t divorced him. 

Their first meeting came in November 2008 at the Canadian singer’s Buenos Aires concert partyIt was love at first sight for him. Later on, he wrote a song, Haven’t Met You Yet, for the Argentine actress. They even featured together in its music video in 2009.

Then in November of that year, Michael proposed to Lusiana with a diamond engagement ring from Vancouver jeweler Minichiello in her native country of Argentina before her family. 

Two years later, on 31 March, they married in Buenos Aires, while the entire ceremony followed in April. Together, they have three children, Noah Louis Eduardo, 7, Elías Darío Demetrio, 6, and Vida Amber Beatriz, 2.

In 2016, doctors diagnosed their oldest child with liver cancer hepatoblastoma. However, he has fully recovered.  

Michael (born on 9 September 1975) shares an age gap of 12 years with Luisana (born on 18 May 1987).

He and Debbie Timuss were previously engaged to each other. They had appeared on two musicals, 1996’s Red Rock Diner and 1998’s Forever Swing.

Michael even co-wrote his hit single, Home, for her. Nonetheless, their engagement was unsuccessful as they decided to separate in November 2005. The breakup was the inspiration behind his song, Lost.

After that, he dated Emily Blut, an English actress. Their relationship kicked off after their meeting in 2005 at the Australian television’s Logie Awards. Bublé’s song, Everything, was written for her. After three years, they decided to separate in July.
