The Ministry of Education (MOE) and Ministry of Social and Family Development are dedicated to supporting the employment aspirations of individuals with disabilities. This contains getting ready them for work by means of high quality training and dealing with employers to help them within the office.

We agree with Dr Ng that agency dedication is required from all stakeholders to help Sped graduates. While the Government will pursue initiatives to help their instructional wants and strengthen their job prospects, this should go hand in hand with the energetic participation and help of employers and the broader neighborhood. Together, we are able to help our Sped graduates to contribute meaningfully to society, and lead lives with dignity and objective.
