Facebook doesn’t consider it’s a main explanation for polarization -exec to CNN

WASHINGTON, Oct 3 (Reuters) – A Facebook Inc (FB.O) government stated in an interview on Sunday with CNN that the corporate doesn’t consider that its social media service is a main contributor to the political polarization that has turn into widespread within the United States.

The firm’s vp of coverage and international affairs, Nick Clegg, spoke forward of an anticipated Sunday night section on CBS’ “60 Minutes” that includes a whistleblower who alleges the corporate moved too shortly to raise some election-related restrictions it had put in place across the November 2020 contest.
