Oxford County OPP is presently investigating an armed robbery that has happened at a bank of Montreal in Drumbo. This robbery case has been reported on Thursday, 13th January 2022. As per the report, at around 05:00 PM, officers were called to the Bank of Montreal on Oxford Street West.

Police determined that “numerous” people had taken the entry into the building and instantly demanded cash from the tellers. Fortunately, no human injury or killing has been reported. As per the police officers, the robbers were watched wearing dark clothing at the time of the incident. left the bank with an unrevealed amount of money. Police are currently investigating the matter and trying to gather more information regarding the robbers.

Police are now looking for a red 4-door Kia sedan which is assumed to have engaged in this serious incident. However, it is not known which direction the car was last watched heading. After the incident was reported, The Oxford OPP Major Crime Unit, Canine Unit, and West Region Emergency Response Team were called in to help with the investigation.
