COE prices close mostly higher; motorcycle premiums fall after new measures


SINGAPORE: Certificate of Entitlement (COE) prices rose throughout all classes on Wednesday (Mar 23) aside from motorcycle premiums, which fell after new measures had been launched ranging from this tender.
