Chicago police arrested a person who allegedly engaged in a “reckless” capturing as he was making an attempt to scare off a carjacker – for the second time in two months. 

Back in August, Naser Zaghlol’s Nissan Altima had been stolen whereas he was making a supply for DoorDash. Police discovered the automotive, however not the thieves, who presumably saved the important thing fob to begin the automotive.

“They put cuffs on me like I’m the criminal,” Zaghlol stated, including that he plans to struggle the fees.
