Carteron gave the green light to contract with Al Karti

French coach Patrice Carteron, coach of the Zamalek club, gave the green light to the management of the white club headed by Hussein Labib in order to contract with the average field of the Moroccan Wydad Casablanca team Walid El Karti, according to Moroccan press reports.

The Moroccan newspaper, “LE 360”, revealed today, Friday, that Carteron gave the green light to the Zamalek administration in order to contract with El Karti during the next summer transfer period.

Cartieron’s desire to sign Al Karti in order to strengthen the midfield comes in light of the approaching Tunisian international Ferjani Sassi to leave the White Castle after the end of his contract, which expires at the end of the current season.

El Karti (26 years old) is considered one of Wydad’s most prominent players this season, as he participated in 32 matches, whether local or continental, to score five goals and make the same.

The name of El Karti did not hesitate for the first time within the Zamalek club, as the player was linked to the move to the White Castle last season, before his coach Faouzi Benzarti stuck to the player.

Zamalek owns in its current list, unlike Ferjani Sassi, Tunisian Hamza Mathlouthi and Seif El-Din Jaziri and Moroccan duo Ashraf Bencharki and Hamid Haddad. Ivorian Razak Cissé also plays on loan with Al Ittihad of Alexandria and Moroccan Mohamed Onajem with Wydad Casablanca.
